Original founded in 2013 in Australia, CRUISE RETIREMENT is made up of a group of professionals from diverse backgrounds such as travel, hospitality, law, aviation and maritime who saw an emerging trend beginning in the cruise sector; with a view to creating something a little different Cruise Retirement undertook significant research to ascertain the viability, sustainability and desirability of the concept to the 50+ age demographic.

Michael has worked worldwide in many high-profile cases and his work is thorough and meticulous.
MARC BARON
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS - USA
Marc Baron is an entrepreneur based in Miami, Florida. He is a maritime solicitor and received a Doctorate in Law from the University of Florida.
Marc has worked in the maritime/cruise industry for many years, commencing his career as a Junior Associate for a leading law firm handling claims for P&I Insurance claims for Royal Caribbean Line. ​
STEPHEN PAIS
DIRECTOR OF LOGISTICS
Ex-airline Executive, Stephen Pais has worked at a Senior Management level for some of the largest airlines in the World.
​
He was responsible for managing the logistics of an entire airline at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and spent over nine years working across three different major transport hubs in the United States.
CHRISTIAN BANNARD
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS - AUSTRALIA
Christian Bannard has an extensive knowledge of computing and hospitality and was Head Chef of a successful restaurant in of Melbourne.

He has also worked at a Blue-chip level for one of the largest private healthcare provider along with assisting in project managing the building of two hospitals.

DIRECTOR OF SHIP PROJECTS
With a background in interior design, textiles and fabric manufacture, Jacqui has many years of experience at a management level and is heading up our ship refurbishment, leading a team of interior designers to make sure our ships look the best they can for you. Jacqui is also works closely with Stephen assisting in designing the aesthetics of marketing collateral and itineraries to make you drool.
GARY DHALIWAL
DIRECTOR OF MEDICAL SERVICES
Gary is a Medical Doctor and has worked
in Family Medicine for many years around the Miami area of the United States. He is
also one of the founding members of a
large medicinal cannabis provider in the USA and owns a ferry in Europe.
Gary is responsible for all health services provided on-board with Cruise Retirement.

Real estate agent and retirement village
consultant, Phil is a serial entrepreneur
and has been very successful in a lengthy
career conducting sales in many different organisations, including timeshares, fractional ownership, real estate rentals and leasing, retirement village ownership and also marketing of products.
